Eight weeks · one to one

MOTHERWOULD

Rebirthing women to the life they were born to mother.

EIGHT WEEKS. SOMATIC WITNESSING. PRIVATE ACCOUNTABILITY.

THE SENTENCE

Of course, you aren’t allowed here.

That was the sentence. Imagine, you were on the floor, letting yourself feel it for once instead of outrunning it, and the building alarm went off. And somewhere under the noise, that thought arrived, fully formed, like it had been waiting:

Of course. You aren’t allowed here.

You know that sentence. You’ve probably said a version of it your whole life, in rooms you were standing in, with people who loved you.

You built the anchors.

They worked.

Then they became the walls.

THE ANCHORS

You figured it out. You found the routines that made the day survivable, the small dependable things. Water the tomato plant. Feed the cats. Sit in the sun. Lift the weights. Buy the candle.

And it worked. You felt steady. You trusted yourself again. Those anchors held you through the worst years of your life.

Then life happened anyway. And the anchors that once held you up started holding you back.

You stopped being able to feel what you actually wanted, because the routine already answered the question. You stopped being able to be confused, because confusion was the thing you’d engineered away. The pressure came back. The stress came back with a new flavor. The eating slid. The mornings slid. And underneath it all, a quieter, stranger fear:

If I let go of the structure, who am I?

WHAT IS MISSING

What you’re actually missing isn’t discipline.

It’s a witness.

Notice something. When you check in on yourself, who’s doing the checking? For most of us, it’s a scientist. Cold, sterile, accurate. It observes the feeling and files a report. That kind of awareness can watch, take notes, and move on.

What you’re missing is the version of you that sits down next to the feeling and stays.

We’ll go slow.

That’s the whole method. Not fixing, not analyzing, not outrunning. A mother’s kind of attention, turned on yourself, staying present without changing the story.

THE CONTAINER

MOTHERWOULD

Eight weeks mothering you.

MOTHERWOULD is a rebirthing container built on three practices that work together:

01

Somatic experiencing.

In session, we don’t talk about the feeling. We go into the body where it lives. We move at the pace your nervous system sets, and we stop wherever stopping is the right move. This is where we hold what has been dying to be held.

02

Story archiving.

The old story sticks around until you’re ready to finish it. It ends by being witnessed without editing, without neglecting. In session we listen to the story. Between sessions, you record it. Every time you hear it in your real day, you note it:

  • What happened
  • What you noticed happening in you
  • Where you felt it

Over eight weeks, that journal becomes evidence. The story stops being your atmosphere and becomes something you can consult.

03

Rebirth.

Not a metaphor, and not a dramatic event. A slow emptying. You will feel lighter. You may also feel emptier than you expected, and that emptiness can be uncomfortable, because you are making space where the old shape used to be. That discomfort is not a sign it’s failing. It’s the room being cleared.

The loop. Session, journal, reading, session. The hour opens something. The journal catches it in your real life. The reading returns it to you each morning. Then you bring it back to the room. Eight weeks of that, and the story stops being your weather and becomes something you can see.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

One weekly session.

One hour, in person or on Zoom, your call.

A daily physical practice.

Something you’re accountable for every day. Small, embodied, yours. Sent at the start of the container.

A daily astrology text.

Written to the aspects moving through family, nurturing, motherhood, caring for others, self-neglect and self-betrayal, and the discomfort of being cared for in a rebirthing space. It arrives each morning as a lens for the day.

The story journal.

Your record, kept for the length of the container. This is not homework. It’s your archive.

THE DAILY READING

Every morning, you get a reading written for you, not for your sign.

It isn’t a generic horoscope. It’s built from the aspects moving that day, read back through what you journaled the day before, the story you’re currently archiving, and the woman you’re in the middle of becoming. If you recorded a moment of self-betrayal on Tuesday, Wednesday’s reading will know that and speak to it.

This is the part that closes the loop. In session, you go into the feeling. In the journal, you catch it in your actual day. Then each morning, the sky hands it back to you in a language bigger than your own, and you get to see your private work reflected in something that was already moving before you woke up.

THE MIDDLE

The days you want to stop are the days the work is happening.

Somewhere around week three or four, the anchors will start calling. The old routines will look like relief. You’ll have a busy week, or a hard one, and journaling will feel like a waste of time.

That’s not a problem. That’s the signal.

The days you resist are the days you’re touching the thing. So we don’t push through them, and we don’t perform progress. You get to say no. You get to stop. You get to wait until you’re actually ready, and “not yet” is a complete answer that I will take at face value.

What we do instead is get curious. When the urge to stop shows up, we look at it together. What is it protecting? What would happen if we waited? More often than not, that’s where the session goes, and it’s some of the most useful time in the container.

You are not behind. There is no schedule you’re failing to keep.

WHAT REMAINS

There is nothing wrong with you.

You were never broken. You found something that worked, you used it to survive, and then something no one warned you about happened, and you still don’t know what it is. But you stay, you listen, you hold that part of you like a mother would.

You’re the mother like no other.

She’s the one saying we’ll go slow.

She’s been waiting for you her whole life.

WHO'S HOLDING SPACE

I spent most of my life inside a script that wasn't mine.

Six doorways. One decision, made six times: I stopped asking permission to live my own life.

So now I take women across. Eight weeks at a time, one at a time, reading where they actually are before anything changes, then walking them through the door the way I walked through mine. Not with a framework. With the thing I actually did, which was refuse to keep waiting for someone to tell me it was allowed.

If you've known exactly what to do for years and watched yourself not do it, I know that place. I lived there. And I can tell you that the problem was never your discipline.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

DO I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT I'M WORKING ON?
No. You come with a moment from your day. That's enough. We go slow from there.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
One hour, in person or on Zoom. We don't talk about the feeling. We go into the body where it lives, at the pace your nervous system sets, and we stop wherever stopping is the right move.
WHAT IS THE DAILY JOURNAL?
When something from the old story shows up in your real day, you tell the portal what happened, what you noticed happening in you, and where you felt it. You can speak it or type it. It takes a minute. Over eight weeks it becomes your archive.
WHAT IS THE MORNING TEXT?
A short reading written for you, not your sign, from the sky that morning and what you journaled the day before. It's about family, nurturing, caring for others, self-neglect, and being cared for. It arrives at 6am as a lens for the day.
AM I WORKING WITH YOU OR WITH AN AI?
With me. The sessions are me. The text and the portal use AI to sort your words and write the morning reading from your chart and your journal. I read your journal myself.
WHAT IF I WANT TO STOP?
You can. "Not yet" is a complete answer and I take it at face value. Around week three or four the urge to stop usually shows up, and that's where the work is. We get curious about it together.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EIGHT WEEKS?
You keep your journal, your readings and the thread. The portal stays open at no extra charge for as long as I run it. If it ever closes, you get 90 days’ notice and a copy of everything.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Full refund until your first session date is set. Once it's set, the fee is committed, because the container is built for you from that point. Details are in the terms.
